Sahaayikaa is built to protect your emotional safety and peace. To ensure the support network remains secure for all members, we strictly enforce these community rules. Violation will trigger immediate content removal and user suspension.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Misogyny, victim shaming, bullying, hate speech, or aggressive questioning of a member's story are forbidden. Sahaayikaa is a place of listening and empathy, not debates.
Respecting Anonymity
Do not attempt to request, reveal, or search for the real identities of users. Sharing other people's private contacts, phone numbers, or social handles is strictly prohibited.
Our Safety Infrastructure
- **AI Moderation:** Every post and comment is evaluated by OpenAI Moderation API before posting. Toxic content is flagged and queued for review.
- **Community Reports:** Anyone can flag a post or comment. Reports enter the moderation queue immediately for evaluation.
- **Streaks & Safety:** Support badges increase when members value your empathy. Help us build streaks of kindness.
